Thus, from the perspective of special legal methodology of studying the implementation of the right of the State Institution "Gomel Central City Children's Clinical Polyclinic" (Gomel city) to submit the above-mentioned Notice, taking into account the factual circumstances, we come to the conclusion that the Notice submitted by the State Institution "Gomel Central City Children's Clinical Polyclinic" (Gomel city) does not comply with the requirements set forth in the national legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as in the supranational legislation.
